Abstract


The pharmaceutical industry is both a public health are closely related to industry, is also highly dependent on technological innovation industry. Construction of the patent link in the drug registration system must also take into account the maintenance of public health and promote drug technological innovation, that must balance the interests of the principles of system design, the main line.
