Abstract


As more and more attention is being paid to the environmental safety issues, interest in Cleaner Production, which advocates pollution prevention and eliminates the release of toxic substances, is increasing.Ha-Da-Qi Industrial Corridor was built up along the three most industrialized cities: Harbin, Daqing, and Qiqihar. Playing the role of an economic center, it promotes the economic development of the province of Heilongjiang. If efforts are made to promote Cleaner Production and reduce environmental pollution in the area, it will definitely generate long-term economic benefits.This paper analyzed the current status of Cleaner Production and Cleaner Production audit in China. This paper, based on the summarized relevant researches at home and abroad, researched the status quo of Cleaner Production in Ha-Da-Qi Industrial Corridor, and argues the application feasibility of Cleaner Production in Ha-Da-Qi Industrial Corridor. Finally, several countermeasures were proposed to facilitate Cleaner Production’s bringing into effect in Ha-Da-Qi Industrial Corridor.
