Abstract

Based on the practical background of producing 1,3-PD by microbial continuous and batch fermentation, this dissertation studies stability and optimal control of enzyme-catalytic kinetic system of glycerol continuous fermentation. The contents of this dissertation include the existence of equeilibrium and the stability criterion about the non-linear kinetic system.A non-linear optimal problem is set up with this system as main constraint condition. The existence of optimal solution is studied. The main contributions are as follows:1、The stability of equilibrium of non-linear enzyme-catalytic kinetic system of glycerol continuous fermentation is considered. The conditions for the existence of equilibrium and stability are given. In theory,it explains the phenomena of multiplicity shown in laboratory. It means,in order that the stable equilibrium state,we can choose the proper dilution rate and substrate concentration in medium in practice.2、The optimal control problem for the process of enzyme-catalytic glycerol continuous fermentation is considered.Taking the macimum production strength of 1,3-PD as the objective function, andthe non-linear kinetic system of this process as main constraint condition respectively, the optimal control model is set up.And then, the system and its solution’s properties Dre DnDlyzed, the existence of optimal solution is proved. It shows,in theory,by the optimal control model,we can find the optimal operating conditions under which the production strength of 1,3-PD will attain the maximum.
