Abstract

Objective:By retrospectively considering human papillomavirus test results of 386 patients during the July 2007~December 2009 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University, this article explored the role of HPV test in the screening of Cervical lesions and prediction of diseases’recurrence, providing references for clinical application. Methods:The HPV test results of 386 patients of cervical lesions and 98 patients after treatments above were collected and retrospectively analyzed. All 386 patients had cervical pathology, and they were admitted to the department of Gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University, from July 2007~December 2009.Results:1.High-risk HPV infection was closely related with cervical lesions, the infection rates of HPV increased with the grades of lesions progressively(P<0.05).HPV infection rate of CIN group and cervical cancer group was respectively higher than cervicitis group (P<0.05) ,HPV infection rate of cervical cancer group was higher than CIN group (P<0.05).2.HPV-HCⅡtest was as a screening method of cervical lesions, for lesions of CINⅡand more serious than CINⅡ,was with higher sensitivity and negative predictive value comparing with TCT(P<0.05).3.During the follow-up of cervical lesions after treatments,19 patients were HPV-positive or HPV changing from negative to positive, the rate of cytology abnormalities was 36.84%.In HPV-negative patients, the rate of cytology abnormalities was 0.Conclusions: 1.High-risk HPV infection was closely related with the occurrence of cervical lesions. The infection rate of HPV increased with the grades of lesions progressively,CINⅢand cervical cancer were the most.2.HPV-HCⅡtest was as a screening method of cervical lesions, for lesions of CINⅡand more serious than CINⅡ,was with higher sensitivity and negative predictive value comparing with TCT.3.HPV infection continually after treatments of cervical lesions was closely related with the recurrence of diseases.HPV could be as a good monitoring indicator during the follow-up of cervical lesions after treatments.
