Objective To investigate the ovarian endometriosis ( referred to ovarian endometriosis cysts ) with and without postoperative medication medication on relapse rate and time to recurrence of. Methods A retrospective analysis of 172 cases of first laparoscopic ovarian cysts ovarian endometriosis cyst removed clinical data , and conduct follow-up track their recurrence . Results The mean follow-up time of 23.8 months, the postoperative recurrence rate of 38.2% of total ( 52/ 136 ) . Oral medication (≤ 3 months), oral medication ( > March ), GnRH-a therapy (≤ 3月), GnRH-a: treatment ( > March ) and the untreated group, the recurrence rates were: 43.8% 30.8% , 36.8% , 40%, 42.3% , five group, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); five group, the average time to recurrence ( months ) as 13.6,17.8,15.3,14.3,10.5 , five group differences There was no significant difference (P > 0.05 ) . Treatment group overall recurrence rate was 37.3% ( 41/ 110 ) , 42.3%, and non- treatment group ( 11/ 26 ) showed no significant difference (P> 0.05); although treatment group than the non- drug group relapsed time extension , but the drug group compared with non- treated groups showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian endometriosis after conservative therapy may be extended to some extent, the recurrence time, but had no significant effect on the recurrence rate .
