Objective: To compare the system biopsy and contrast -enhanced ultrasonography ( contrast of - enhanced ultrasoud CEUS ) targeted biopsy detection rate of prostate cancer ( prostate cancer , PCA ) , to explore a way to improve the suspicious PCA patients with positive biopsy rate . Methods: suspicious PCA patients with a total of 61 cases, all patients by digital rectal examination ( the Digital rectalexamination , DRE ) , serum prostate-specific antigen test (serum prostate-specificantigen, PSA), transrectal ultrasonography (transrectal ultrasound, TRUS), other imaging suspected PCA found that metastatic tumors suspected primary tumor in the prostate . All patients had no contraindications biopsy and ultrasound contrast agent . In accordance with the principle of randomization , the random number generated by the computer to group subjects , the two groups were 11-point system biopsy , CEUS targeted biopsy , all biopsy for histopathological examination organization site marker . Results : 1 , two methods of 61 cases of patients with prostate biopsy , histological findings PCA of 19 cases ( 31.15% ) of the total detection rate , atypical hyperplasia in 3 cases ( 4.92% ) of the total detection rate , benign prostatic hyperplasia (benignprostatic hyperplasia, BPH) 36 cases ( 59.02 % ) of the total detection rate of BPH with inflammation in 3 cases ( 4.92% ) of the total detection rate . 2,11 points system biopsy cases , the the PCA detection rate of 26.67 % ( 8 / 30 ) , CEUS targeted biopsy cases , PCA detection rate of 35.48% (11 /31 ) . The the PCA detection rate of two biopsy methods , McNemar's test , P > 0.05 . CEUS targeted biopsy of the 31 organizations 257 , including 29 cancer tissue biopsy to obtain tissue 330 11-point system , in which cancerous tissue 21 . Application McNemar's test probability of each target cancer tissue ( 11.28% , 29 / 257) , the probability of cancer tissue biopsy when compared with the 11-point system for each puncture point ( 6.36% , 21 / 330) was significantly increased (P <0.05 ). Conclusion: 1,11 points system biopsy CEUS targeted biopsy was no significant difference compared to the PCA detection rate : 2 , CEUS targeted biopsy reduces the puncture points , and the probability of each target cancer tissue compared with the 11-point system each puncture point the probability of cancer tissue biopsy has improved significantly.
