Abstract

Objective: expression of TNF-α and ICAM ^{-1 the concept Charui fentanyl pretreatment on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion and changes in vital signs . Explore intervention mechanism of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury mechanism and remifentanil . Methods : 24 healthy hybrid dogs were randomly divided into four groups: sham group ( only the separation of the left anterior descending artery , the threading without ligation ) , and ischemia-reperfusion group ( saline ) , remifentanil 1μg . kg ^{-1 . min ^{-1 dose group , remifentanil 2μg . kg ^{-1 . min ^{-1 dose group . Ligation of the left anterior descending coronary trunk , 1 / 3 of the establishment of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion model . Each group in turn before ischemia , ischemia 30min, reperfusion 1h , 2h four time points , respectively, arterial blood was collected 2ml, placed anticoagulant tube , 3000 rev / min centrifugation for 15 min , and the supernatant was placed in the EP tube , according to the requirements of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay quantitative detection of TNF-α, ICAM ^{-1 . The HE staining optical microscopy changes in the structure of myocardial cells results : compared with the sham group , the expression of TNF - α and ICAM ^{-1 of ischemia-reperfusion group was significantly higher ( p lt; 0.01 ) . Remifentanil 1μg. kg ^{-1 . min ^{-1 , 2μg. kg ^{-1 . min ^{-1 dose group compared with ischemia-reperfusion group , TNF - α and ICAM ^{-1 expression was significantly decreased ( p lt; 0.01 ) . The HE staining optical microscopy remifentanil preconditioning the two treatment groups , the changes in the structure of myocardial cells myocardial injury than ischemia reperfusion group was significantly reduced . Conclusion : Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury to the expression of ICAM ^{-1 < / sup> and TNF-α expression was significantly increased , remifentanil preconditioning (RPC) lowered myocardial tissue ICAM ^{-1 and TNF-α expression. This may help to reduce ischemia reperfusion induced myocardial injury . And remifentanil 2μg. kg ^{-1 . min ^{-1 protective effect of the administration group than infallible .}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}
