Abstract

Objective: To observe the continuous infusion of remifentanil acute myocardial ischemia and reperfusion myocardial tissue of the cox-2 cyclooxygenase expression, serum H-FABP (heart-type fatty acid binding protein). Methods: 24 healthy dogs were randomly divided into four groups (n = 6): sham operation group (S), ischemia-reperfusion group (I / R group), remifentanil processing. (R I Group Ⅰ ), remifentanil treatment group Ⅱ (R group). S group of dogs thoracotomy after coronary artery to the left anterior descending artery ligation ligature was not; I / R group of dogs thoracotomy after ligation of the left anterior descending artery, ischemia and 30min reperfusion 120min; of R I group 30 min before ischemia 0.5μg · kg -1 · min -1 micro-pump infusion of remifentanil until reperfusion 120min, ischemia reperfusion treatment with I / R group. The R group for 30 min before ischemia 1μg · kg -1 · min -1 micro-pump infusion of remifentanil until reperfusion 120min, ischemia reperfusion deal with I / R group. Each group in turn in ischemia the 30min ago (T1), ischemia 30 min (T2), reperfusion 60min (T3) and reperfusion the 120min (T4) four point-in-time blood reperfusion take ischemic core heart 120min immediately The intima at cyanotic cardiac tissue to be tested. Cox-2 expression in myocardial tissue of immunohistochemistry assay, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay test (ELISA) serum H-FABP content. Results: cox-2: I / R group cox-2 water on average higher than the S group (P lt; 0.05), the I / R group cox-2 water on average higher than the R group, R < sub> Ⅱ group (P lt; 0.05), of R I group cox-2 water higher than the average R group (P lt; 0.05); H -FABP: T2, T3 point in time, I / R group, R I group, R group H-FABP levels were higher than the S group (P lt; 0.05) I / R group, R group H-FABP levels were lower than R group (P lt; 0.05), of R I group H-FABP levels were lower than the I / R group (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, increased myocardial tissue cox-2 expression and serum H-FABP. Myocardial ischemia and reperfusion, continuous infusion of remifentanil, less medication to inhibit cox-2 expression in cardiac tissue, exhibited a dose-related. Remifentanil continuous infusion of 0.5μg · kg -1 · min -1 of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in myocardial protective effect, while continuous infusion 1μg · kg -1 · min -1 Remifentanil increase in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. A certain extent, remifentanil on the dog to ischemia-reperfusion myocardial protective effect, high doses can cause myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury aggravated.
