Abstract

Objective:To studied the psychological condition and the change of sex hormones in the infertility patients undergone Intra Uterine Insemination(IUI),analyzed the effects of the psychological condition and the change of sex hormones by the technique of the IUI,and the psychological condition and the changed of sex hormones levels to the success of IUI.Methods:1、50 infertility women undergone Intra Uterine Insemination and 40 infertility women(married) who visited our Centre as control were investigated by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) voluntarily.The scores gained from the SCL-90 were compared between the two groups.2、The levels of testosterone(T)、prolactin(PRL)、thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) were examined on second day of the menstrual cycle and the day of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG),calculated the changes of sex hormones.3、Analyzed the positive factors gained from the SCL-90 and the changed of sex hormones levels with the two groups and the relationships of them in the infertility patients undergone Intra Uterine Insemination(IUI).Result:1、There was no difference in the psychological condition between the patients undergone Intra Uterine Insemination with the normal models and with the controls(F＝3.23,q＝0.22～0.26,P＞0.05);The scores of relations and anxiety from IUI were lower the controls(t＝3.39,2.78,P＜0.05),others was no difference(t＝0.19～1.65,P＞0.05);Compared the normal models:the scores of factors gained from the SCL-90 were no difference(t＝0.15～1.94,P＞0.05).2、The positive factors of IUI was opposition、compelling,、relations、depression and anxiety,the scores of these positive factors were lower than 3,there was no difference to the positive factors compared the controls(X~2＝0.01～1.73,p＞0.05).3、There was significant difference to the levels of prolactin(PRL)、thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) with the bad psychological conditions(P＜0.05);but the levels of testosterone(T) was not((P＞0.05). 4、The patients of undergone Intra Uterine Insemination(IUI),there was significant difference to the pregnant and unpregnant with the relations(P＜0.05),others not(P＞0.05).Also the changes of sex hormones(P＞0.05).Conclusion:1、the technique of the IUI has no effects to the psychological condition and the changed of sex hormones levels on the patients.2、The psychological condition of the patients undergone Intra Uterine Insemination is in the normal range.But the psychological condition of infertility women was related to many factors,which we should pay more attention to psychological treatment,especially relations.3、There has little effects to the success of IUI on the change of sex hormones.But the bad emotions such as opposition,compelling,relations,depression,anxiety,have some effects to the change of sex hormones,so we should pay more attention to the observation,communion and the change of sexual hormones,and intervene in proper time in order to increase the clinical pregnancy rate.
