Objective: To evaluate transvaginal rectocele repair rectal prolapse of PPH , traditional Chinese medicine, \Methods : 16 cases selected by the symptoms , signs , defecography confirmed rectal prolapse in patients with constipation , rectocele merger accept the above treatment , main symptoms , signs and laboratory examinations results changes were observed before and after treatment and assessment of treatment effects . The results : after treatment of 16 patients with clinical total effective rate of 93.75% , the efficacy of 3 months postoperative follow-up was 87.5% , main symptoms, signs and laboratory examinations results after treatment than before treatment , significant improvement ( P lt ; 0.01 ) . Conclusion : The treatment program to eliminate the rectum protruding into the vaginal area of weak loop excision of part of the rectal mucosa prolapse eliminate anatomical defects caused by mechanical obstruction , reconstruction rectum ampulla restore normal compliance , and to maintain an appropriate intraluminal pressure restore normal bowel movements . With Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment can effectively prevent recurrence , fully embodies the overall concept and the idea of treating the symptoms , clinical efficacy , complementary advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine , as treatment of rectal protrusion merger due to rectal prolapse ideal outlet obstruction constipation options.
