Abstract


Objective:To summarize tutor’s clinical experience of fatty liver treatment;to observe therapeutic effect and discuss mechanism in treatment of hyperlipemia complicating fatty liver of middle-aged and old patients with hawthorn and huzhang on principle of blood-activating and toxin-resolving,to provide scientific proof for prevention and cure of hyperlipemia complicating fatty liver with trational Chinese medicine which have blood-activating and toxin-resolving effects.Methods:To arrange and analyze tutor’s clinical experience of fatty liver treatment.One hundred patients of hyperlipemia complicating fatty liver patients were divided into five groups randomly:hawthorn group,twenty patients,were treated with hawthorn;huzhang group,twenty patients,were treated with huzhang;hawthorn and huzhang group,twenty patients,were treated with hawthorn and huzhang;Lovastatin group,twenty patients,were treated with Lovastatin;blank group,twenty patients,were not treated with medicine.We observed therapeutic effect of clinical symptoms, the changes of blood lipid(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)、ALT、hs-CRP、sICAM-1、sVCAM-1,and the ultrasound grade of fatty liver.Results:Fatty liver mostly belong to asthenia in orgin and sthenia in superficiality. The therapeutic principle is nourishing kidney and liver,descending turbidity and activating blood and resolving stasis. It could adopt Qijudihuangtang, and combination of hawthorn and huzhang as a pair medicine were frequently used.Combination of hawthorn and huzhang could improve symptoms of hyperlipemia complicating fatty liver patients significantly, degrade the level of TC、TG、LDL-C、ALT、hs-CRP、sICAM-1、sVCAM-1,improve the ultrasound grade of fatty liver.It had the effects of adjusting blood lipid, anti-inflammation and improving liver function. Hawthorn and huzhang group was superior to hawthorn group、huzhang group and Lovastatin group.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect is confirmatory for hyperlipemia complicating fatty liver with hawthorn and huzhang on principle of blood-activating and toxin-resolving.The combination of hawthorn and huzhang is superior to simplex hawthorn or huzhang.And it is deserved to be spread and applied clinically.
