Abstract


The research from the organizational level, the family level, as well as the social dimension of each extract a variable to examine its impact on staff psychological pressure aimed at understanding the psychological stress of the corporate staff, under the leadership style, family cohesion and adaptability, and social support status investigate three variables with staff psychological pressure, and understanding of leadership style, family cohesion and adaptability with the relationship between social support through in-depth understanding of factors affect employees psychological pressure, the corresponding measures to ease the psychological pressure. Using the Perceived Stress Scale, leadership style questionnaire, family cohesion and adaptability scales, as well as social support rating scale survey of 470 employees of certain enterprises, using SPSS11.5 to analyze the data, and conclusions are as follows: 1, employees withstand moderate psychological pressure. Psychological pressure, there is no significant difference in sex, marital status, age, educational level and job factors, significant differences in the corporate nature of the industry, the nature of work and the working time and other factors. 2, the state-owned enterprises, mainly to the command-and task-oriented leadership style; private enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises, mainly to the command-and relationship-oriented leadership style. Leadership style of each factor and the presence of psychological pressure was significantly related to psychological pressure on employees to feel a different leadership style significantly different. The participation of the leadership style, relationship-oriented factors significantly affect employee psychological pressure. 3, employees, family cohesion and adaptability in the grounds of sex, marital status, age factor, the difference was not significant, significant differences in the education level factors. Family cohesion, adaptability, and employees' psychological pressure was significantly negatively correlated significantly different family types of employee psychological pressure differences. Family adaptability of employees psychological pressure has a significant impact. 4, social support, there is no difference of gender, industry and jobs. Married employees with unmarried employees difference in objective support factors; social support and objective support, subjective support factors have significant differences in age, education level, corporate nature, the nature of the work factors exist; utilization of support only in the nature of work The factors significant difference. Social support and subjective support, utilization factors and employees psychological stress was a significant negative correlation, objective support and psychological pressure was not significantly correlated. Predictive the subjective support the psychological pressure on the employees. Staff decision-making involved in dimension, feel the different leadership styles of the employees in the existence of objective support factors significantly with differences; staff incentive mechanism dimensions, experience different leadership styles of the employees in the social support score and supported utilization factors exist significantly with differences. Family cohesion, adaptability, and social support and its subjective support, utilization of support factors exist in significant positive correlation was not significantly correlated with objective support. 6, social support has a mediating role between the leadership style relationship-oriented factors employees psychological pressure.
