Abstract


This paper selected PPARδgene SNP/C294T、SNP/A76077G、SNP/C82813T and SNP/C86644T polymorphisms,comparatived the difference between the 123 specialists in long-distance running(5000m,10000m and marathon.)unrelated elite endurance athletes and 206 unrelated sedentary undergraduates,to find the association between PPARδgene polymorphisms and elite endurance athlete status;And for the 102 unrelated new Chinese man soldiers,through 18 weeks of aerobic endurance training(5000m aerobic endurance run),comparatived the body composition,the changes in left ventricular structure and function before and after training,to find the association between PPARδGene Polymorphisms and the effects of endurance training.All subjects are Han population and plain-men in the north of China.PCR-RFLP was used to examine the genotype and allele frequencies of the four polymorphisms(C294T、A76077G、C82813T、C86644T) in the three groups subjects.PPARδSNP/C294T genotype and allele frequencies have a significant difference between the north China and German and Swede, with no significant difference between the Korean people;while SNP/A76077G genotype and allele frequencies have a significant difference betwwen north China and the Europeans.But SNP/C294T、SNP/A76077G found no significant difference between elite athlete and ordinary students in the frequency distribution.SNP/C82813T SNP/C86644T site also discovered there is no polymorphism.in the Han population in north China.The results suggest:PPARδSNP/C294T and SNP/A76077G polymorphisms have association with the basine re- V02max,△REHR,100W△T,50W COI,and showed CC,AA genotype population have the better advantage than the other two genotypes population,Except the△REHR and 50W COI,△REHR need to be further confirmed and at 50W,CT genotype population had a better phenotype.SNP/C294T polymorphisms ware associated with the b-BMI,and CC genotype population had a lower value b-BMI than other two groups.
