The discipline takes a knowledge Production organization system,it formed with the development has experienced a long time process.The discipline construction work’s complexity and systematic characteristic, as well as the school will develop from now on the pattern and the level, will request to take the discipline construction work,and will unify the discipline own development condition to conduct the correlation theories research.Beijing Sports University track and field discipline takes the domestic Key discipline,takes the discipline construction work,has made the remarkable progress in the discipline development construction aspect, enabled the track and field discipline the discipline frame,the discipline level,the scale,the school space to achieve a new level gradually.In the scientific innovation becomes the development to construct the commanding point gradually under the big background,how does the track and field discipline comply with the discipline own law of development,depends on the discipline development construction to improve the personnel training quality and the scientific research level, then makes great strides forward to the world first-class discipline, has the extremely vital practical significance.This research through to the literature material’s collection,the data statistics as well as the expert interview,begins from the discipline construction’s elementary theory,first carries on the limits on the discipline and the discipline construction as well as the professional ethics and the professional ethics construction’s concept.Through the review research which as well as to affects Beijing Sports University track and field discipline development and the construction academic troop,the scientific research level,the personnel training as well as the academia four factors develops to Beijing Sports University carries on the analysis to discuss,draws the following conclusion:1,Beijing Sports University track and field discipline’s development passed through the foundation stage,to restore the stage,the development phase and the promotion stage,has established Beijing Sports University track and field discipline in the national scope leading position.2,the Beijing Sports University track and field discipline teachers troop overall construction is reasonable,the title structure is being at the historical best stage.But the aged teacher occupies the proportion is too small,cannot form the very good age echelon;In the school record structure has the undergraduate course school record teacher to be big, studies in the reason structure other school study reason and the abroad study study reason accounts for the proportion to be too small.Must further strengthen the track and field discipline academic troop the construction,the improvement study reason structure,the consummation title structure,the promotion school record structure,the optimization age structure.3,Beijing Sports University track and field discipline is strengthening the teacher scientific research ability and in unceasingly the academic level foundation,determined that the relative stabilization the research direction,undertakes the massive province departmental level and the state-level scientific research item,had one batch of high levels,the highgrade achievements in scientific research. Is in the leading position in the national sports colleges and universities.But must further strengthen the scientific research the international cooperation,promotes in the international influence.4,Beijing Sports University track and field discipline’s personnel training’s scale and quality are in the lead in the similar sports colleges and universities.The recruitment of students scale and the talented person quality must further optimize according to society’s actual need.5,Beijing Sports University track and field discipline has rich books and reference materials resources,network information resource and quantity is sufficient,the equipment advanced movement facility as well as the harmony,the democracy,the unity academic atmosphere has provided the good development platform and the space for the track and field discipline.But must enlarge the funds investment dynamics,builds the academic atmosphere which through more domestic and foreign academic exchanges loose harmonious,positive upward,is unwilling to fall behind.
