Community sports organizations are a range of urban residents, based on common hobbies, interests, feelings and friendship in order to achieve fitness and rich leisure life for the purpose, according to geopolitical relationships or relationships, based on mutual interest in sports activities as the main content and the formation of sports organizations. In this paper, literature, questionnaires, interviews, case studies and mathematical statistics method, Lanzhou City Community Sports organizational structure, status, characteristics, problems and development ideas for analysis, the following conclusions: 1 , Lanzhou City resident community sports organizations in promoting participation in sports activities to enhance community cohesion, maintaining community stability, and promote community cultural development, improving the social aspects of sport management systems are playing an increasingly important role. 2, Lanzhou City community understanding of sports is low, urban community sports organizations relatively small number of organizations, mostly spontaneous community sports organization composed of loose, with loose, regional, folk and equality characteristics . 3, Lanzhou City Community Sports Organization activities as basketball, badminton, walking, hiking and other common sports; while there Lanzhou to tai chi, whip, Younger, rub-alai and other traditional, folk content for fitness project's community sports organizations; development of new fitness programs with community sports organization's needs. 4, Lanzhou City Community Sports Organizations participants, mostly the elderly, middle, young people and vulnerable groups rarely participate in community sports organizations activities, they should be the Lanzhou City in the future development of community sports organization object. 5, Lanzhou City Community Sports Organization Development inadequate protection of funds, lack of facilities, lack of social sports instructors, affiliation unclear issues such as the management of community sports organizations tissue loss is serious. 6, Lanzhou City, the new communities in the economic level, people's cultural quality, community sports resources, community management has certain advantages, the development of community sports organizations in good condition. 7, social development, geographical advantages, and other factors is to ensure that government investment in Lanzhou City Community Sports Organizations evolving favorable factors.
