Abstract


Over a hundred years of the Olympic Movement Practice has proved that the Olympic Games will bring many positive effects to the host city and country. In this paper, the methods of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire and mathematical statistics method, the 2008 Olympic sailing race of Qingdao public sports consciousness and sports behavior conducted research, results show that: 1.2008 Olympic Regatta in Qingdao held on Qingdao citizens sports attitude, to include Olympic cognitive, interest in sports and attitudes are good. 67% of the people of Qingdao better master knowledge Olympic, Olympic bid after the constant concern of sports competitions, sports coverage increased to 87% of the interest in sports has greatly improved the attitude of the majority of the public sports and the Olympic bid before, a positive change. Good sporting attitude will lead to a positive sporting behavior, to organize the 2008 Olympic Regatta in Qingdao has had a positive impact for the of Qingdao public sports behavior frequency increased 60% Qingdao citizens to participate in physical exercise, including the number of women increased than men. Diverse choice of physical education programs, but the public is mainly based on walking and running as a physical education programs as the main workout spaces, parks and residential district, the individual as the main form of exercise. 3.2008 Olympic Games Olympic Regatta in Qingdao positive impact on the Qingdao public sports attitude and behavior is important, to embody and promote the concept of \level of health. Factors that affect members of the public to participate in physical exercise for factors found in the survey, the following recommendations: 1.
