Abstract


The Hongshankou meeting established Chinese football professional path in 1992.The Chinese professional league tournament started in 1994. In order to manage the football players,the Chinese Football Association decided to implement register and transfer system.With the further development of professional league,the problem of youth football players’ register and transfer became seriously.The most important problem is how to improve the quantity and quality of youth players,and then improve youth players’ situation.We must improve and perfect the system of youth players’ register and transfer at first. Otherwise,we should standardize the registration of youth players and transfer behavior.The youth football players are potential resources.We must take the positive measures to improve the system of register and transfer,at the same time;we must deal with some problem of youth players’ register and transfer.We should try to make Chinese professional football clubs pay more attention to develop youth players.This is the best way for our country’ s development of youth players.With the methods of documentary review,mathematical statistics, questionnaire investigate and logic analysis.Study on the history and regulation of youth players’ register and transfer.We find that youth players’ register and transfer needed development at present.Because of benefit in short-term,the clubs and players often break the regulation of register and transfer.It’s harmful for our youth players’ development.We should modify the regulation at once.According to research in the question of youth players’ register and transfer,we suggest that Chinese Football Association regulate the youth players’ register and transfer,it’s better for our country’s football sports.On the other hand,we should educate local football association, clubs and so on.Enable them to realize the importance of young players’ development and encourage them to educate youth players。
