Abstract


College students’ Behavioral Norm is the direct expression and specific culture among the school culture.As a direct expression and specific embodiment of the college core value,it stays on the norm level of the college culture and contributes a lot actively to the development of the college.This article dissertates by the behavior characteristics of college students,then the elements and the frame of the college students’ behavior criterion construction system,and the construction strategy afterwards.The thesis firstly gives the behavior characteristics and reasons of college students a good analysis to give a whole picture of the current status of college students’ behavior.Based on the above,the thesis then provide a analytical framework with three factors of national policy on education,colleges’ characteristics and the value orientation of college students to give the topic a good analysis and keep it update to the change.An excellent College students’ Behavioral Norm should not only based on the national education policy and the host college,but also should conductive to the development of college students in line with their orientation value.The basic strategy is that developing the practical college policies,strengthen the culture construction of colleges and help the students with the acceptance.Finally,on the basis of a questionnaire of Capital Normal University,the thesis give three suggestions on development and implement to the future trial,based on the analysis of the current status of the students management.
