Abstract


With the establishment and development of independent innovation system, the building of the university research team, as an important element in the system, has drawn the attention of both the nation and the society. However, with the increasing pressures from both the independent innovation system and teaching, the university research team has suffered from psychological problems. Therefore, more and more people are focusing their attention on the study psychological harmony of the university research team. Based on the research analysis and synthesis of relevant information, the present paper analyses the psychological harmony issue from three dimensions—individual psychological harmony, interpersonal psychological harmony and the psychological harmony between individual and group, in aim of putting forward skills, methods and strategies to realize psychological harmony in the research team from the aspect of research team managers and the members.The present paper is divided into three parts. The first part briefly introduces the building and management of the university research team, quotes some basic psychological harmony theories, and illustrates the significance of psychological harmony. The second part probes into the psychological harmony of university research team at three levels -- the psychological harmony of individual members, the interpersonal psychological harmony and teamwork in a group of psychological harmony. The third part find the way of promote the psychological harmony in the university research team and put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspect of research team members, team managers, the research departments and the university to promote the psychological harmony in the university research team.
