Abstract


Vigorously promoting quality education in the circumstances, the arts education to usher in an unprecedented excellent spring. The decision is the quality of art education teacher, art professional development of teachers in primary and secondary schools in China become an important task of art education. School-based curriculum development is the focus of basic education, primary and secondary schools at the same time it to the art teacher professional development provides an effective way to practice.This study is the development of school-based curriculum in primary and secondary school art teachers and professional development related to the definition and concept of the theory of order, as well as the relationship between the two on the basis of in-depth study. First, from the primary and secondary schools affect my art teacher professional development and the main factor in primary and secondary education based on the characteristics of curriculum development as a professional art teachers in primary and secondary schools to develop effective way to the possibility of practice;Then school-based curriculum development in theory and policy art teachers in primary and secondary schools to provide professional development opportunities starting in the primary and secondary schools in Urumqi art teachers to participate in school-based curriculum and professional development of the status of the investigation on the basis of theoretical and empirical combination of Methods on, and feasibility studies, development of school-based curriculum to professional autonomy primary school art teachers, art teachers in primary and secondary schools awaken self-development, primary and secondary art teachers actively involved in the development of school-based curriculum to realize their own professional development;Concluded, the art teachers of primary and secondary schools to participate in school-based curriculum development and the results achieved by the existing problems, a brief art teachers in primary and secondary schools to promote active participation in school-based curriculum development proposals.The results can be art teachers in primary and secondary schools to provide some professional development reference and reference
