Abstract


Affected by the urban-rural dual structure, the development of China's rural pre-school has been in a weak position, the growing gap between urban pre-school. Urban and rural context, to promote balanced development of urban and rural pre-school education, the more important and urgent. Focus on narrowing the gap between urban and rural pre-school is to guarantee a high level of rural pre-school teacher Wu. Thus, the use of survey method and detailed investigation of the problem of rural pre-school teachers, interviews with rural pre-school teachers and staff reaction, became an important foundation of the study of urban and rural policy. The survey results show that pre-school teachers in rural areas there are still many problems: the number can not meet the needs of pre-school children in rural areas, lower job satisfaction, lower the overall level, missing part of the team building. This faculty is an important reason for the low quality of rural pre-school. The implementation of the urban and rural policy, means that our long-standing urban-rural dual structure from the historical stage in the future, the urban-rural gap is narrowing. Literature studies have shown that the inevitable result of urban and rural agricultural modernization Residents of Farmers, the integration of urban and rural education, and raises many rural reform, to change the industrial structure in rural areas, changing the social and living environment of the rural and change the lives of the farmers mode of production, employment patterns. Based on this, the pre-school development in rural areas will show a series of new features, focus on the performance of pre-school invested greatly increased greatly increase the enrollment rate of pre-school-age children, pre-school demand diversification, strong demand for parents of pre-school guidance. At the same time, the development history of the developed areas of narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas accompanied, in the process of urban and rural, rural urbanization, rural pre-school teachers also showed expanding, higher quality requirements, urban and rural teachers becoming balanced characteristics. Therefore, the urban and rural context, the Government should set the height of the urban-rural integration strategy starting with a look at the development of pre-school education in rural areas, to grasp the overall re-interpret the rural school on the basis of pre-school teachers characteristics and trends in rural areas in the process of urban and rural education teacher problem. Through research, this study proposes the following measures: Government should first rural pre-school development as an important part of the urban and rural, and policy focus to rural areas, to rural kindergarten tilt, tilted to the low level of teachers in rural areas, this is the solution prerequisite for the problems of rural teachers. Secondly, through a series of reforms aimed at promoting balanced development of urban and rural pre-school, strictly the good teacher doorway and export custom for rural pre-school education to ensure a high level of faculty; same time, effectively to solve rural pre-school teacher identity and status issues, the treatment of teachers to improve the problem, the problem of the management of the faculty. Finally, to assist the efforts of the various parties to actively build a training platform for rural pre-school teacher, quickly update their educational theory and educational methods to improve the teaching ability.
