Abstract


In this paper,start research of media literacy education at home and abroad, mainly from the implementation of media education in college,studying the media literacy education specific methods and strategies.This study of media literacy education are reviewed and the confused concepts like "media","media literacy", "Media Literacy" are made a distinction between,and then on some colleges and universities in Chongqing,the situation of media education is investigated and some targeted strategies are proposed.Secondly,from the sources of "four-steps teaching" in Media Literacy,construction of a theoretical model is proposed.On the basis of the investigation of design and application of thematic study website,and the analysis of the characteristics of media literacy education,a thematic study media literacy website is established,and based on the web,in the premise of instructional design,the four steps of Media Literacy teaching is implemented.In the evaluation,the study has been at a weak link,so after the investigation of media literacy education theory and practice of evaluation results at home and abroad,the evaluation of the "fourth-steps teaching" is made by a certain degree of research and the evaluation program that can be implemented is designed in the media literacy education.In contrast to many studies, the evaluation of media literacy education model is made.This study is concerned about media literacy education in the implementation of some of the weak.Special educational web development,for teaching media literacy provides an effective way and platforms.The platforms has its advatages in the Media Literacy education,which stands for co-operation,lifelong learning,"Development Dialogue",self-evaluationa,practice areas such as capacity-building.And the platform will be able to combine School Media Literacy education and the mass media education to change the current situation between the two appears fragmented.At the same time can also be used as information technology and integrated part of curriculum for effective implementation,so that students from the passive acceptance of media education theory of phase transition to the teachers and students to participate in a "dialogue on an equal footing" education.To develop in students the creativity, comprehension,critical ability,so that students are not mutually exclusive with the media,the real out of "protectionism."
