Abstract


Create value for the enterprise timeless creed . Mergers and acquisitions synergies higher efficiency , better results , performance, ability to grow and profit increase is usually cause for concern, According to authoritative statistics , 56% of M \u0026 A transactions failed to reach a predetermined value targets . The article believes that the reason why such a practice , the main reason is that the parties is not enough emphasis on merger integration , in particular, paid insufficient attention to the core and key merger integration - financial integration . Based on this, the article discuss the definition of financial integration , the basis of the principles and methods of the basic background of the SH Group Aluminum acquisitions , implementation process and the overall performance perspective and evaluation . The SH Group's development strategy is correct , SH Group 's aluminum industry mergers and acquisitions so far is successful , it not only to enhance the performance of the SH Group , and brought back to the future development of the company's strategic interests . Finally, the paper presents the case of the SH Group extended value .
