Abstract


This article expresses the definition of program management , program type and construction, project management, business analysis of the design status ; discuss conditions in resource-constrained optimization problem of resources under Research . In this paper, the design company's existing management system exists to establish a human resource allocation problem in program management is the prerequisite for a balanced human resource allocation models and key human resource allocation model . Allocation of human resources is to design enterprise resource allocation priorities , in contrast to the analysis of the common human resource allocation method based on the paper chose to use the ant colony algorithm design enterprise balanced allocation of human resources , and based on the allocation of resources to build models are numerical example .
