Abstract


In recent years, with the increasingly fierce market competition , more and more enterprises have realized that the level of management of the procurement operation plays an important role for enterprises to enhance their business performance . Procurement talent gap is now one of the bottlenecks in the development of manufacturing enterprises , the domestic high-end purchases only people scarce , many multinational companies entering the Chinese market , often from abroad Purchasing Managers . In this paper, production materials procurement management of small-scale producers . The paper first describes the importance of procurement management in production enterprises , and described some of the basic theory of purchasing management . Then a detailed analysis of the supplier development and evaluation process , and describes the methods and procedures for selecting the final supplier . Subsequently , according to the the CF production mode , the CF Company production materials from procurement to delivery , analysis of the necessity of the existence of the the CF company produces material inventory , and pointed out that the current the CF inventory control taken some ways . Chapter IV describes the cost analysis and control of the production and procurement of materials , factors affect the supplier's price , a number of methods to reduce procurement costs and procurement costs . Finally, analysis of some of the problems in the the CF company procurement management , and proposed countermeasures for the problems , the prospect of the the CF company's future procurement model at the same time according to the development trend of the current procurement management . Papers in theoretical analysis , cited some specific examples , to extract some of the practical problems found in the work and gives a solution to the problem .
