Abstract


This paper describes a core staff loyalty theory , the theoretical analysis of the factors that affect the core staff loyalty combined with actual corporate interviews obtained information on the preparation of the questionnaire survey selected enterprises in Suzhou area , analysis of three types of enterprises in the state-owned, private, foreign the similarities and differences of the core factors affect employee loyalty . Data statistical analysis of the results of : the core staff of three types of enterprises that the 10 most important factors is the same eight factors ; satisfaction levels of three types of enterprise core staff of eight of the same factors that are very significant differences , and the level of satisfaction law : state-owned enterprises in line with this private enterprise > foreign-funded enterprises ; loyalty factors need to strengthen the core staff of three types of enterprises have different emphases , foreign-invested enterprises ( most of which is a Taiwan-funded enterprises ) loyalty is not optimistic , needs to strengthen each aspects of incentive measures . On the basis of this comparison results for each of the three types of enterprises , the proposed measures recommended to improve the core staff loyalty and hope to contribute to the management of enterprise staff loyalty .
