Abstract


With the acceleration of the process of world economic integration , all aspects of the trade , economic and other exchanges between the countries are more and more frequent , and the continuous expansion of some of the world 's large enterprises , set up workshops and factories around the world . Many different nationalities , members of different nationalities gathered together in the same company , these members from different countries have different cultural backgrounds , so cultural conflict is inevitable . Therefore , the management in a multinational corporate culture or corporate culture , will undoubtedly be more complicated . Thus , cross-cultural management is put on the agenda . China 's direct investment of multinationals , many take the form of joint ventures with China , as the best way to centralized establishment of Sino-foreign joint ventures . Therefore , cultural adaptation issues become the focus of attention of many scholars and experts in Sino-foreign joint ventures . Cultural conflict and cultural integration is the process of cultural adaptation of two of the most important aspects . In this paper, the causes of cultural conflict that cultural differences as the starting point to analyze the meaning of cultural differences in foreign joint ventures , joint ventures , cross - cultural characteristics , manifestations of cultural differences , the classification of cultural conflict , a joint venture in a different phase of the operation of the cross-cultural conflict and foreseeable matrix and cultural conflict analysis framework map based on the Sino-foreign joint ventures in cultural conflict . Adopt different solutions for the existence of cultural conflict , and the result is very different . Better integration of different cultures , cultural conflict resolution method based on the proposed mode of cultural integration of the Sino-foreign joint ventures , as well as specific ways .
