Abstract

2008 spring, summer, autumn Zhalong wetland nature reserve on the macrobenthic community structure research, including macrobenthic species composition, community structure and diversity of its relationship with environmental factors in sediment, water, the relationship between environmental factors and using abundance / biomass curve (ABC curve) explores Zhalong Wetland macrobenthos of disruptions for further research foundation Zhalong wetland nature reserve accumulation data. (A) three times the sampling survey, were found in Zhalong wetland macrobenthic 93 kinds (genus), belonging to 3, 6 classes. In which a total of 65 kinds of Arthropoda (genus); Mollusca 21 kinds (genus); Annelida seven kinds (genus). Insecta most species, accounting for 69.89%. The communities of benthic taxa species of animals and the vertical distribution of the number of individuals both with increasing soil depth and regular changes showed a decreasing trend, and the table together is very obvious. Judging from the species composition, mainly insect larvae arthropods most abundant in the spring, followed by the fall, the relative minimum in summer. Mollusk snail class is mainly the most abundant in the summer, followed by fall, spring collection to a minimum. Seasonal changes annelid smaller the collected species are small. Judging from the season, the total abundance trends autumn> summer> spring, the total biomass trends autumn> spring> summer. (2) sediment sampling points and habitats more similar to its benthic fauna similarity is also higher. Sort by cluster analysis and MDS macrobenthic community shows the similarities and the macrobenthic community composition differences. Macrobenthic community on the similarity between the analysis and comparison of the results shows that the living environment more similar, similarity coefficient is higher, but also more accurately verify the classification dendrogram and MDS sort results. (3) Zhalong Wetland macrobenthos species richness, diversity is higher. Benthic fauna richness, diversity, dominance and evenness index in addition to individual types, spring, summer and autumn three seasons remained the same trend. Richness index ranges from 2.00 to 4.57, diversity index between 1.61 ~ 8.23, both expressed as spring> autumn> summer. In addition to the overall trend uniformity Lake upstream beyond 6 # Zalong changed little, and the index is low, basically the same in the three seasons, from 0.74 to 1.00. Dominance index of 0.22 to 0.33, the highest in the summer season, the highest point in the summer of 1 # Dongsheng Reservoir. (4) ABC curve shows moderately disturbed and undisturbed by the Community of its biological diversity and more high, serious disturbance of its benthic community diversity index were lower, basic and diversity of benthic fauna match. Moisture content of the soil at different sediment size of the order of sapropel> ooze> gravel in the spring and summer moisture and total number of species was a significant positive correlation (p <0.01, p <0.05). Soil salinity and the total number of macrobenthic species, richness, diversity was significantly related to sexual relations, including soil salinity and diversity of benthic fauna were highly significant positive correlation (p <0.01), while the correlation with soil pH not significant. Grey correlation results show that for Zhalong Wetland macrobenthos greater impact is water depth, turbidity and ρ (NO3-), different seasons of environmental factors on water macrobenthic community have different effects.
