Abstract


Shichahai historical and cultural protected areas,25 in Beijing history and culture of the largest protected areas in a conservation area,with beautiful natural scenery and a long history and culture,most civilians in the city of Beijing places temperament. Shichahai area the formation of transport by water terminal since the Yuan Dynasty, after the change of centuries,precipitation the very rich natural landscape,history and human culture.A wide range of landscape and culture makes a unique Shichahai tourism value.The food and beverage industry in Shichahai area has developed over time.With the development of tourism in Shichahai area,the catering industry of Shichahai area in recent years have developed rapidly,becoming important function of Shichahai protected areas as one component.Carrying as the restaurant industry-the number of restaurant building is increasing;there is new construction and making use of the original alteration.Shichahai area with the overall coordination of the cityscape, prominent characteristics of old traditional culture of Beijing,at the same time modern and traditional architectural elements of a better combination of architectural elements is studied and discussed in this article focus on the main contents.In this paper,the history and culture of the Shichahai area and geographical changes as the breakthrough point,researching the Shichahai restaurant building of the existing status of,through the classification and analysis,first of all,from the water,streets and architectural of Shichahai area,analysis of three aspects Shichahai restaurant Building in which the external environment construction;Secondly,the waterfront Shichahai area street restaurants catering construction,private courtyard restaurant and the status of the restaurant were summarized and the summary;Third,analysis and research the characteristics functions within the restaurant building and indoor environment.Through research and analysis the existing restaurant building,which in Shichahai areas,to identify the impact and constraints for the restaurant building,which in Shichahai areas,and through reading Shichahai areas planning and comprehensive management of the Government’s analysis,to identify a number issues of current restaurant building,which still exist.From the planning for restaurant building,the design of functionality and streamline,as well as the restaurant building,facade design, roof design,the proportion of restaurants and standards for construction,catering and the construction of the external color of the detail design restaurant building in these areas are on the current restaurant building,which in Shichahai area a number of problems in construction,and attention is given to improve the measures and design methods.Give a reference for the design of new and renovation construction Catering.
