Abstract


In this paper, potted plants law , plants Glechomae (Glechoma longituba (NaKai.) Rupr.) , And Duchesnea ( Duchesnea indica ) under the same stress conditions , the same concentration gradient ( 0 mol / L , 0.1 mol / L , 0.2mol / L, 0.3mol / L and 0.4mol / L ) , NaCl and NaHCO , 3 < / sub > , respectively, for the same time salt stress treatment, and a number of physiological indicators measurement and analysis , comprehensive assessment farming saline-alkali plants . The determination of a number of indicators , the results show that : 1 As the NaCl and NaHCO of 3 < / sub > increase in salinity stress concentration and salt stress time extend two plant fresh weight gradually reduced fresh weight , and the concentration of NaCl and the NaHCO 3 < / sub > stress significant difference ; along with the salt stress time , and even money grass and Duchesnea of fresh weight growth rate gradually decreased . 2 As the NaCl and NaHCO of 3 < / sub > increase in salinity stress concentration and salt stress time extend two plant leaf area and leaf water content are shown a downward trend , leaves victims form a sharp deterioration in leaves first tip , margin brown, foliage produce brown black necrotic lesions , with the stress concentration and stress time symptoms develop , the tip and the whole leaf Kujiao , necrosis and cause defoliation . With NaCl and the NaHCO 3 < / sub > Salt Stress concentrations increase and salt stress time , the survival rate of Duchesnea Glechomae gradually decreased . With NaCl and the NaHCO 3 < / sub > Salt Stress concentrations increase and salt stress time , Duchesnea and Glechomae membrane permeability presented regularly increasing trend . As the NaCl and NaHCO of 3 < / sub > increase in salinity stress concentration and salt stress time extend two plant chlorophyll a, b ??and total showed a decreasing trend, while the leaf chlorophyll a / b ratio , fluctuations in the 2.0-4.0 range . 6 With NaCl and NaHCO , , 3 < / sub > Salt Stress concentrations increase and salt stress time , the soluble sugar , free proline, soluble protein content gradually increased . With the increase of the concentration of salt stress and salt stress time , both to more number of banana leaf , salt stress hazards traits growing .
