Abstract


To compare the salt tolerance of cotton seed , under controlled conditions in the indoor concentration of NaCl treatment 6 , compared to the commonly used in the production of cotton and upland cotton varieties of seed germination stage of germination , germination rate, water absorption rate differences ; in hydroponics and soil culture conditions compared their growth potential difference ; emergence of different varieties , boll weight , boll number , lint percentage and yield differences ; using the membership function method for comprehensive evaluation of salt tolerance . The results show that with the increase of NaCl concentration , different varieties of seed water uptake gradually reduced germination and germination rate decreased gradually increasing salt injury rate , growth weakened gradually . Specific performance: 1 . According deserves a comprehensive evaluation of salt tolerance at different stages of the southern upland Salt order: seed germination stage : Batting 43 > Army Cotton No. 1 > new land in the 20th > Batting 49 > in cotton 35 > new land in the 21st > Henan cotton on the 17th ; potted stages: Henan cotton 17 > No. 43 batting > batting 49 > new land in the 21st > batting 35 > Army cotton No. 1 > New Lu in the 20th . Hydroponic stages: Batting 49 > Army Cotton No. 1 > No. 35 batting > new land in the 21st > new land in the 20th > Henan Cotton 17 > No. 43 batting . Daejeon stages: Batting 43 > Army Cotton No. 1 > No. 35 batting > new land in the 21st > Batting 49 > new land in the 20th > Henan cotton on the 17th . Through seed germination, hydroponic , soil culture and field trials , comprehensive evaluation is worth the salt tolerance of upland cotton in southern Xinjiang order: batting 43 > Army Cotton No. 1 > No. 49 batting > Batting 35 > New Lu in the 20th > Henan cotton 17 > new land in the 21st . (2) the salt tolerance of the various stages of cotton is inconsistent . Cotton seeds with salt treatment can not only stimulate the germination of cotton , but also on the role of promoting the growth of cotton . 3 can be seen from the potted seedlings of salt stress on the impact of greater than aboveground underground part . 4 stages of germination salt tolerance may represent a practical application of Daejeon salt tolerance .
