Purpose:To make use of Shenqi Fuzheng injection to go with the chemotherapy,observe the influence of it with patient’s digestive response, hematology change,the syndrome of deficiency of both splenic and pulmonary Qi and KPS grades along and after chemotherapy.TO approach the information of Shenqi Fuzheng injection prevention and cure the side effect after the chemotherapy.Method:Sixty-nine patients who accorded with the chemotherapy standard were selected.With quantization random controlled method,we then devided them into two groups:GroupⅠ,the treatment group,accepted both the treatment of drugs that can most effectively relieve symptoms of chemotherapy side effects and used Shenqi Fuzheng injection.GroupⅡ,the comparison group,accepted only the drugs combating chemotherapy side effects.Using the Table of Response to the Toxity of Anti-Tumor Drugs,Table of Karnofasky’s(Physical Strength Condition) and the quantization table of the classify to the syndrome of Chinese medical as evaluation tool.We observed the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the reaction of GIT,the level of BMD,the KPS and the syndrome of deficiency of both splenic and pulmonary Qi.The evaluation was done both before and after the treatment. All collected data entered a database and was analyzed with the software of SPSS13.0.Result:The WBC,the NEU,and the KPS of both groups reduce obviously after the treatment,but the WBC,the NEU and the KSP has of the two groups differed(P＜0.05):it was clear that the treatment group had some advantage. With the Ridit analysis,The digestive symptoms(USA) the treatment has of the two groups differed,the treatment group better(P＜0.05),the syndrome of deficiency of both splenic and pulmonary Qi,the treatment has better(P＜0.05).Conclusion:1.Shenqi Fuzheng injection can suppress the dropping of blood WBC,NEU,after chemotherapy.2.Shenqi Fuzheng injection can improve the patient’s KPS physical strength condition.3.Shenqi Fuzheng injection can abatement the symptom of digestive such as nausea and diarrhea. 4.Shenqi Fuzheng injection can improve the patient’s the syndrome of deficiency of both splenic and pulmonary Qi.
