Abstract


Pragmatics is a relatively new branch of linguistics , has been rapid development in recent decades . More and more domestic and international dictionary sociologists are beginning to pay attention to the important role of pragmatics in communication , and it is used to lexicography . In this regard , represented by the Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English , Oxford Advanced English Learning Dictionary \do a better job , more means used . They use a lot of labels, pragmatic description error alert to guide the the learners proper use of language and avoid possible mistakes . Definitions and example sentences also contain a certain number of pragmatic information . See the system to lead the reader from one entry addition usage instructions or an entry error warning , micro- structure of the entire dictionary to form a network , and associated with the macro-structure . However , Chinese-English learning dictionary as a very important Dictionary failed to provide pragmatic information required by the learner , performance pragmatic insufficient information processing simplistic , behind English Dictionary . Firstly, from the pragmatic school in the dictionary academia Research departure as basic research articles Yonghe Ming (2003) Communication Dictionary learning theory , involves the concept of pragmatic information , the importance of types of pragmatic significance of the definition , scope and so on. Macro structure and microstructure of the dictionary is one of the methods of analysis for the dictionary language meaning , involving Preface , after sequence , definition , illustration , using labels and instructions for use , word frequency , and the legend . More important , starting from another wording , vocabulary level , sentence level and discourse level, starting at three levels , namely , analysis of the newer versions of the most prestigious English learning dictionary academia \Pragmatic information processing , display cover language , and pointed out that with the content of the information and the way which reflects the inspiration and reference of learning Chinese and English lexicography .
