The dependency degree of the economic efficiency of enterprises on maintenance has increased in recent years. Equipment maintenance is not only a critical factor in the success of manufacturing enterprises, but also of great significance in the sustainable development of the society; Upgrading the level of enterprise maintenance will not only help enterprise achieve their business objectives, but will promote the harmonious development of production, environment and the society.At present, the enterprises has gradually changed to the flexible, intelligent, virtual, agile oriented development to enhance enterprise market response capability and reduce the operation cost for improving enterprise competition. As the maximal costs for an enterprise can be controlled, equipment maintenance would face profound changes. How to manage equipment, reduce equipment maintenance costs, improve equipment reliability, extend equipment life presents an important reform direction about the maintenance.In this paper, for Shendong Coal Group Corporation Limited equipment maintenance management system development, based on detailed research and modern equipment maintenance theory,, the maintenance key enabling technologies are researched.First, Based on current maintenance theories and the specific request of development of coal Preparation equipment maintenance management services, an Equipments Maintenance System for coal Preparation equipment is put forward. The functional model, layered framework, systematic architecture and multi Architecture technology are constructed.Secondly, the disciplinarian of mechanical malfunction is researched, degradation prediction method based on the equipment inspection data and maintenance strategy optimization theory are researched,.Then, for solving equipment maintenance management business processes problem, the business process optimization of coal preparation equipment is researched to improve management efficiency, reduce management costs.Finally, the equipment maintenance management system data model and system data dictionary are designed, based on J2EE architecture, system detailed design and development of Java Web-based software will achieve , and verified in the actual operating environment.This research is extremely important for the achievement of equipment life cycle management, and improve equipment safety and reliability, reduce maintenance costs and ensure high efficiency, and promote the modernization, digital, intelligent of enterprise management.
