Abstract


The education of university students’ career path plan emerges from the background of their employment problems. It is worth researching in theory and practice about its logical relation with modern management of human resources. By theoretical analysis, this paper points out that the education of university students’career path plan is an important part of modern management of human resources and provides the theoretical support for the scientific implement of the education;Also,it proposes and suggestions on three aspests:"Strengthening Self-perception of University Students from the View of Necessary Features of Human Resources Management"、"Strengthening Employable Cultivation of University Students from the View of Acquiring Post Necessary Features of Human Resources"、and"Strengthening the Seciety Cognition of University Students from the View of Management of Labor Market and posts through Human Resources"
