Abstract


The implementation of Chinese-foreign cooperation for postgraduated-education contributes to introducing advanced foreign educational resources,and accelerating the process of reform and opening at the aspect of postgraduated-education and reducing the gap with developed countries.Yet as it is a development of short duration,the cooperation in China runs into several troubles,such as in the importing advanced foreign educational resources and in the process to guarantee the quality of running schools.Scholars have made some countermeasures in order to resolve these problems.However,theories should act as the instruction to the practice,so author hold the view that mechanism which ensure the cooperation orderly and sound development should be established before the problem emerges.For these reason,we set up a mechanism of Chinese-foreign cooperation for postgraduated-education by make a general analysis of all the factors(such as the government,the society and universities engaged in cooperation),which may introduce quality education resources and ensure the cooperation system proceed smoothly.And we establish this mechanism in the hope of guiding and giving aid to the participant.This thesis is composed of the following content:firstly,we make a theory definition for Chinese-foreign cooperation of postgraduated-education,and analyze the important role Chinese-foreign cooperation plays in the development of our postgraduated-education,on the basis of expounding the internal and external surroundings;then we make a study on the current situation of the project and sum up the problems confronted in the process;In consideration of all the above and illumined by the experience of Singapore and Korea,we finally build up the mechanism that consist of external safeguard mechanism,the internal operation mechanism and evaluation mechanism for education quality.
