Abstract


The college counselors are the backbone of the force to carry out ideological and political education of college students, college students healthy growth guidance and pathfinder. The excellent counselor is a group of teachers in colleges and universities in the Field outstanding, excellent education and the essence of the management. Counselor personality characteristics on the growth, development and the formation of personality of college students have a subtle role. To this end, the college excellent counselor personality characteristics, enrich and develop the theory of the counselor psychological research has important research value, but also for the future, colleges and universities in the recruitment, selection and training of counselors to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference value.
