Abstract


China vigorously promote quality education with the new curriculum reform today , people are increasingly aware of the importance of arts education , arts education is gradually beginning to receive the attention and concern , and has been a rapid development . However , in weak basic education in China 's rural areas , arts education have become weak in the weak . The reason is the lack of teachers a serious impediment to the implementation of the new curriculum reform of rural development of arts education and arts in rural . The selected sample of D County of Jilin Province as the research object , using methods such as questionnaires, interviews and classroom observation , a detailed investigation D County art teachers for rural compulsory education stage natural situation , status of work , teaching and research status quo and art teachers in after training the status quo . The basis of the status quo investigation , analysis of the the D County rural compulsory education stage art teachers exists a serious shortage of the number of art teachers , art teachers older art teachers need to raise the overall quality of art teaching and research levels would need to be further improved , art teachers to continue education need to further improve the problem . Problems exist in reality , the author proposes that should improve the treatment and status of art teachers in rural areas , the stable rural art teachers ; innovative complementary mechanisms of rural arts teachers , to enrich rural arts teachers ; strengthening the continuing education of art teachers in rural areas , improve to adapt to the new curriculum reform ability ; actively promote the art teacher exchange system , and effectively improve the overall level of rural art teachers . Above in a four-point game , trying to contribute to a the D County to build a high-quality art teachers , the D County rural compulsory education stage arts education smooth and effective implementation , so that the students' moral character , personality and aesthetic sense , and their perception , emotion, imagination , thinking and creativity , new art classroom healthy development . With the development of society and the high demand on the overall quality of talent , people also began to focus on the culture of their overall quality and integrity of personality . Therefore , great efforts to build a harmonious society in our country and development of harmonious education background , we have reason to believe that the art education of the rural areas in China will be equal and harmonious development .
