Abstract


Since the beginning of the new century , China launched a new round of high school curriculum reform the ever-increasing demands of secondary school teachers . Gradually accelerate the process of the new curriculum so that teachers specialized teachers face the challenges of the new curriculum , more and more urgent demand for self-development through education and research to promote the professional development of teachers has become an important aspect of teacher education reform . Secondary school teachers to participate in education and scientific research is an important part of professional teachers , but also plays a guiding role of teachers . In the context of the implementation of the new curriculum , concerned about the status of high school biology teachers to participate in education and scientific research , in-depth understanding of the attitude of the front-line teachers to carry out education and scientific research and real ideas , this paper on the basis of the relevant literature on teacher education and scientific research ability combing questionnaire combination of research and interviews , the front-line research of the biology teachers awareness , education and scientific research carried out , teachers post- research study of the theory and other aspects of the investigation. The analysis found that most people have recognized the important role of education and scientific research , education and scientific research awareness . Education and scientific research on the role of teaching , the majority of teachers has also been a consensus. But in actual implementation is not satisfactory . Many teachers are subjective desire for education and scientific research , but tie him down for a variety of reasons , education and scientific research are not well carried out in high school , or enough to carry out , or make it look good , meet the inspection . The problems found in the survey , this will affect the high school biology teachers to participate in education and scientific research the factors broadly divided into two aspects of power and resistance . In power, the construction of a positive and healthy school culture , the establishment of the development of the teacher evaluation system , to carry out the post- training measures welcomed by teachers to encourage teachers to appropriate education teaching and research . In terms of resistance , to minimize the time , lack of energy issues with the hardware equipment is not complete teachers , so that teachers can actively take the initiative to participate in educational research .
