Abstract


The authoritative international investigative bodies (IDC, Gartner) statistics show that the document has become the most important form of corporate internal and external communication, quality and cost has an important impact on business operations. By professional services outsourcing in the context of the current international financial crisis, how to effectively reduce costs, improve the quality and level of service of the document management has become a new business community is increasingly concerned about the problem. A large number of daily documentation forms have different requirements, process flow management, and should meet the special requirements of the countries or different industries. How in the development of IT technology background and specialization trends, explore new services outsourcing model to better optimize office equipment resources, minimize costs, and enhance the professional service capabilities and to protect the security of the document runs and the controllability of the outstanding problems facing the current enterprise document management. From the point of view of the value chain, the document process lifecycle process is composed of an ordered series of value activities. Outsourcing of document management services should first analyze the characteristics of its value activities and value chain optimization, take appropriate outsourcing strategy outsourcing model on this basis, according to the document management requirements. From the document management life cycle perspective, the different stages of the service outsourcing has different needs, from the perspective of the subdivision to study various types of service outsourcing model and its combination of application. Research in related fields at home and abroad, not yet in-depth analysis and discussion of the above issues Around the above problem, the first value in the enterprise document management activities carried out in-depth analysis, enterprise document management value chain model and optimization strategy. Then made a systematic induction and comparative analysis of the existing document management services outsourcing model and its advantages and disadvantages. On this basis, based on the life-cycle of enterprise document management service outsourcing model portfolio application strategy, and the use of value chain analysis conducted in-depth research on the different stages of the service outsourcing model, combination of practical work experience related cases made analysis and elaboration. This article is divided into the following chapters: Chapter research background, topics of Italy and the research content Profile; Chapter II of enterprise content and document management process are analyzed; Chapter of the enterprise value of document management activities analysis of the value chain model; Chapter analyzed using the above model of service outsourcing demand put forward based on the life cycle service outsourcing model portfolio of applications strategy, conducted in-depth research and the different stages of the outsourcing model; fifth Zhang explained by two real cases the outsourcing model in the practical application of the different stages of the document management lifecycle status. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook. Made a new exploration of this research work from the point of view of value chain optimization and enterprise document management lifecycle of their services outsourcing model and outsourcing strategy, and provides a new theoretical perspective for enterprise document management services outsourcing, application methods and a reference for.
