Abstract


In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology , communication technology and Internet technology , as well as economic globalization , virtualization software R \u0026 D more and more attention . However, while many scholars have conducted extensive research on virtual enterprise , but in literature , has not specialize in a virtual software R \u0026 D organizations achievements . This paper the concept of virtual software development organizations to find out it 's different with the traditional software development organizations and its advantages , then briefly virtual enterprise research at home and abroad to select partners , a brief introduction to the comprehensive evaluation method and genetic algorithm . Partners for the virtual software R \u0026 D organization in the research of others on the basis of this multi-objective optimization problem , the paper first anti-spoofing filtering , multi-objective elitist selection genetic algorithms for problem solving . The main idea of the genetic algorithm is the first series and parallel reduction rules , to establish the combination of elements of a multi- constraint multi-objective optimization problem , multi-objective problem into multiple single- objective optimization problem , and genetic algorithm in each single target parallel search population genetic process , each individual populations is automatically selected according to fitness , crossover and mutation probability elite selection strategy to accelerate multiple targets in parallel search of each generation in the evolutionary process , and ultimately produce all the elite population is seeking the solution of the problem of multi-objective Pareto optimal solution . This paper is to establish network - oriented virtual software R \u0026 D organization process modeling , on the basis of analysis of the operation of the process characteristics of virtual software R \u0026 D organization , a virtual software R \u0026 D of the organizational process model , and its software research and development projects of up to were studied . Relationship between virtual software R \u0026 D organizations of their own characteristics and members of the four basic structure of the a virtual software R \u0026 D organizations , given the model and reachability analysis , and on this basis to discuss a whole virtualization software R \u0026 D organization reachability model .
