Abstract


According to Baoteel’s new round of development strategies,the goals that Baosteel’s comprehensive competitiveness should be in the top 3 of the world in 2010 should be achieved.Competitions among enterprises,is not only in the technical level,but also in the management capacity and efficiency level.The business documents flow,document management, secretarial work and information service standards of work-flow will be established by Baosteel OA system.The transparency of information, coordination and decision-making will be improved too.By building the standard cooperation OA system,enterprises can adapt to frequently organizational changes easily.Through the establishing of online cooperation team environment,the cross-site,multi-organizational projects cooperation requests could be matched.By building the staff-oriented information service platform,the response capability of enterprises could he improved.Firstly,the present conditions and problems of Baosteel’s cooperation OA system are analyzed,and the necessity and practical significance of development based on the Domino platform are clearly expressed.On this basis,the pattern of Baosteel office management and the functional requirements such as document management,virtual team, and the standard work-flow are analyzed.The typical flow of core document management subsystem is carried out.Secondly,the overall designing and application architectures of Baosteel OA system are also analyzed.The design and implementation of Domino work-flow engine is analyzed in detail.Finally,the advantages and shortcomings between Baosteel cooperation OA system and the other similar systems are discussed.
