Abstract


Aiming at the problem of project management changing more difficult in theR&D project enterprise, this dissertation researches and develops a system of fulllife cycle project management. The system can solve the problems such asresource-constrained and resource conflict in the enterprise, unqualified projectdocumentation management, and imperfect information.Firstly, based on the analysis of project management, resource conflictprocessing method, document management method in domestic and international,this dissertation clarifies the importance of project management by dividing intoseveral stages. Then, research and build the full life cycle model of R&D projectmanagement. Secondly, analyze the goals and process of resource allocation in R&D projects enterprise. A comprehensive evaluation index system is established bycombined with several commonly used rules of resources scheduling priority. Thedissertation uses heuristic algorithm and multi-level gray comprehensive evaluationmethod for evaluation and comparison project activities which have thephenomenon of resources conflict. Began to balance resources configurationexperimentally from the project activities which have the smallest evaluation value.Thirdly, this dissertation develops a method of project documents managementbased on inheritance mechanism which uses the thoughts of three inheritancemechanism of the class in computer programming C++language, in order toimprove security and sharing of project documents during the process of projectmanagement. Finally, the project life cycle management system is built based onthe functional model and database model which are built with the IDEF1X, and theprogram design method of web three-tier application is used in this system. Themain function modules of this system are simply introduced.
