Engineering problems encountered in the actual voice concatenated coding background, introduced the basic principle of the basics of speech coding , CVSD and AMBE coding , as well as two ways to solve this problem , a lot of simulation and test eventually reach the engineering requirements, and improve speech intelligibility . The text is divided into five chapters . First and second , first a brief introduction to the voice compression coding algorithm development process , development trends , as well as the basics of the speech signal processing . The third chapter focuses on the basis of analyzing the effect of variation in both cascade call reasons in the CVSD and AMBE two speech encoding works , the proposed enhanced algorithm for the speech coding cascade way . Chapter V , the original enhancement algorithm can not achieve the engineering requirements , from the perspective of information theory to re-examine this issue, a new solution , and can be achieved through hardware .
