Abstract


China Telecom has been completed reorganization the 3G licenses also have been issued , the domestic telecommunications industry presents the competitive situation of the three pillars and carriers business . In this historical context , this paper studies the industrial chain of China Mobile cooperation strategy , aimed at industry chain analysis in the telecommunications restructuring and 3G licenses , China Mobile is facing change , and China Mobile in the premise of this change in the industry chain cooperative philosophy and strategy of the partners . Operating historic moment , so that the development of the telecommunications industry and China Mobile timely adjustments to update the the cooperation philosophy and strategy of the Chinese mobile industry chain , has important practical significance . This paper first reviews the business cooperation mode and the connotation and extension of industrial chain , summed up the change process and the different stages of the communication industry chain industry chain features on this basis ; further decomposition of the 3G industry chain structure for business subsystem , network subsystem and terminal subsystem and explore business subsystem open , closed and semi-open mode of cooperation , as well as the terminal subsystem iPhone and Blackberry both terminals content / application \the analyzed core philosophy focused on enhancing the user experience , collaborator forces of competition will take place in a number of profound changes in the 3G industry chain , who won the customers' needs , who have mastered the right to speak . Then, the operating experience of the 3G operators in Japan and South Korea do case studies were discussed NTT DoCoMo's FOMA mode and Korean SKT NATE mode , and summed up their successful experience , to carry out the development of China Mobile 3G value chain cooperation to provide reference ; in this paper, the competitive situation on the basis of the above studies , matrix analysis of the competitive position of China Mobile after the restructuring , that after the reorganization of China Mobile still has an absolute advantage compared with other carriers , but also found that asymmetric regulation affected by policy , in the face of such a pattern , this paper innovatively China Mobile to go to the customer integration strategy and after the system integration strategy , from two perspectives to meet our customers and to enhance the effectiveness of the value chain to enhance the competitiveness and thus article explores China Mobile in the value chain cooperation strategy business subsystems and terminal subsystem .
