Abstract

The corporate culture has become an invaluable asset of the enterprise, especially in the consumer age. People not only pay attention to the quality of products or services, but also pay attention to the products and services behind the culture. The culture is deep, its added value is higher. Therefore, the corporate culture strategy has become the most important strategic business management. For this reason, the theory and practice of corporate culture to become the most popular areas of academia and management scholars eager to explore. Performance theory is in this context and tremendous development, performance management has become the mantra of the business managers. The but past performance theory tend to indulge in a small corner of operating performance, and the performance evaluation just as cost-effective evaluation was only in the field of corporate culture to explore the relationship between corporate culture and business performance.
