Abstract


With the arrival of the era of global economic integration, the scope of competition between enterprises, the extent of expanded rapidly. Competition intensifying unprecedented Human resources management as the enterprise management in the core functions, promote enterprise development, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, plays a key role and salary management and performance assessment is enterprise human resources management, therefore, the main content of research design and enterprise development adaptation of the salary and performance evaluation system has the very vital significance.Based on the summarization salary, performance evaluation system and the present research, aimed at Shenhua Xianyang Chemical Co., LTD. Salary management and performance evaluation, the existing problems in the design of the company salary and performance evaluation system. The main research work and results are as follows:(1) Based on Shenhua Xianyang Chemical Co., LTD’s characteristic, Conclusion the company salary management and main problems of performance appraisal.(2) In order to design the perfect salary system, on the analysis of Shenhua Xianyang Chemical Co., LTD., put forward reasonable salary structure and extend method which based on present salary level.(3) Make it clear what the purpose and scope of performance evaluation is in Shenhua Xianyang Chemical Co., LTD, then determine performance appraisal system of the design principles, and divide organizations involved in assessment and responsibilities, furthermore, we provide the company and the management with performance appraisal programs.(4) Puts forward Shenhua Xianyang Chemical Co., LTD. pay and performance evaluation system of the implementation of the security measures. These research results for Shenhua Xianyang Chemical Co., LTD. Pay and performance evaluation management method formulation laid a foundation.
