Given Changhong feasibility study report analysis is relatively simple , and does not consider the time value of money basically quite rough , dynamic evaluation , economic analysis of the project is put into focus on the sales revenue , gross profit, investment profit rate and static payback period (by marketing rate of 70% ) , did not form a scientific and standardized feasibility study mode . In response to these problems , the paper studied on the basis of the feasibility of a comprehensive analysis of market demand and product of the project , site selection , construction scale and production technology programs , environmental protection and occupational safety , organization and human resources configuration , focusing calculate the the Changhong company's weighted average cost of capital , and the discount rate this as a project , while the project 's internal rate of return , the breakeven point , the sensitivity of the net present value and other economic indicators to predict and analyze . In this paper, the introduction of a number of project management knowledge to the feasibility study to help enterprises to establish a the perfect comprehensive system feasibility analysis framework . Changhong Industrial Park Project of Changchun papers using the analytical framework of economic feasibility studies , analyze the risks faced by the project and the company should take countermeasures at the same time , provide the basis for effective decision-making of the project managers . Thesis Changhong established project analysis framework for other projects the right investment decisions as well as the smooth progress of the project construction provides a useful reference .
