Abstract


The seven years since the accession to the WTO , China's trade , the economy has undergone enormous changes at the same time also had an impact on the environment , industrial structure and employment structure , this impact is double aspect . At the same time , the traditional structure of employment has been behind the development of a modern economy , the inherent model is not able to meet the need for frequent movement of labor due to the integration of the world economy . Modern employment structure that , as the economy continues to develop trade and world economic integration requirements , the interdependence between a country's trade industry , the different sectors of the industrial chain , has also spawned a relative industry employment structure of the value chain and , due to the presence of new employment structure of the value chain , making rigid employment structure along into a combination of rigid and flexible employment structure characteristics , these changes reflect the significance of advancing with the times in the past , is the theory the practice of combining the perfect embodiment . This article draw absorption of advanced research , combined with the actual situation in China , and the integrated use of data to make in-depth study of the changes in the structure of employment in the domestic foreign trade and economic development in their environment of China's foreign trade and economic analysis on foreign trade economy and changes in the structure of employment relationship analysis, the level of economic development in foreign trade not only directly affect the employment structure also restrict the employment structure and promote the development of foreign trade and economy ; Second, the transformation of the employment structure is imperative from the employment structure of the plane to the three-dimensional interconnected structure of employment development , transition from the rigid structure of employment in the past to the combination of rigidity and flexibility of the employment structure and labor resources in the new structure of employment in the most optimized configuration ; final against China the status quo of the employment structure , optimize the proposed countermeasures , the theory and practice together , and has great practical significance for the development of China's foreign trade and economic and optimize the structure of employment .
