Abstract


The low-rent housing system is one of the core content of the implementation of the housing security system . The establishment of a low-rent housing system can effectively alleviate the part of urban low - income group housing difficulties pressure , however , the status and progress of the construction of low - rent housing system is not encouraging . Therefore , how the scientific development of low-rent housing reform program and its related policies , selected elements of reform , an accurate grasp of the dynamics of reform , the correct choice of reform way to find the construction of low - rent housing system suitable for China's national conditions , has always been the policy designers need to face problems. First, we define the related concept of low-rent housing , summarized the background of low-rent housing , combing the evolution of low-rent housing policy .
